Carroll Electric Cooperative CORPORATION calls themselves a “member-owned cooperative” and yet they meet none of the criteria of the Rochdale Principles of a Cooperative, have a long standing history of not acting member owned and will not answer how it came to be that said “members” voted to have an electric meter FORCED on them that was banned at the federal level by the Austrian Chamber of Physicians and the Swiss Physicians for the Environment for fear that it is deadly with immediate and cumulative effects with the most vulnerable feeling it the soonest”. So, how does that happen when there’s supposed to be regulatory agencies to watch over them? EASY. It’s called the “good ol boy system” and it’s alive and well in our modern world.

I received this Facebook private message shown below in December of 2019 from someone I’ve known on Facebook for about 3 years. She knows my story and sees my incessant posts warning people but, like many people, didn’t feel anything UNTIL SHE DID; in fact the whole family now does. Like x-rays, another form of non-ionizing radiation, there is such a thing as too much exposure and when the body has reached saturation the notable symptoms begin. If you have a genetic predisposition to cardiac issues it can cause some pretty major heart irregularities known as “Afib”. Some people simply collapse and die. I’ve included MANY posts on this blog that can teach you more and direct you to other sites…it’s a subject that’s blowing up the internet all over the globe but you won’t find out about it until you meet someone like me. In fact, Lloyd Burrell of ElectricSense.com says, “Non-ionizing radiation can cause nearly identical biological damage and disease as ionizing radiation – it just does it in a different way.”
Below is the letter I wrote reporting the very dangerous readings found in a home we bought here in north central Arkansas to Arkansas Public Service Commission and their inadequate reply. Since then I’ve contacted the state rep’s office and learned that the PSC doesn’t even have jurisdiction over this lawless utility cooperative corporation yet I see them listed on the PSC site as being regulated by the AR Public Service Commission. However, as you’ll see from this letter, they may be listed but they are NOT being regulated as you’ll see in the two posts below.

Subject: UNSAFE utilities!!!
This was the opening line of the Public Service Commission website when I first began this battle, “The Commission is charged with the duty of ensuring that public utilities provide safe, adequate and reliable utility service at just and reasonable rates.” So, it seems to me that if I can present a persuasive argument showing that the utilities being provided are in fact NOT SAFE that you would have an equal and immediate DUTY to correct this. I hope you see this as a reasonable assumption on my part. (Note: I do find it interesting that AFTER I began my campaign they changed the word “DUTY” to “Ensuring” on their Home page. Like so much of life in America, another downgrade in oversight and they aren’t even doing that!
I developed a condition known as ElectroMagneticHyperSensitivity aka EHS or EMR-S. My current doctor is a UT grad internal medicine doctor, a Functional Medicine Practitioner and has taken courses in the condition that I have. She isn’t some fringe hippie naturopath I got to write me a letter. I am her patient and she has examined me and determined I have “electromagnetic hypersensitivity” for which there are several internationally diagnositc codes for insurance billing purposes.
You have to understand that never in the history of humanity have we had this many sources of electromagnetic radiation deployed in our environment…NEVER! The WHO does not use the term “Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity.” Rather they call it, “Idiopathic Environmental Intolerance (IEI) attributed to electromagnetic fields (EMF).”
EHS or IEI should be classified under:

If there’s an international diagnostic code for a condition then there is no question of harm being done and I should therefore be accomodated.
Dr. Valerie Chavez in Austin, TX wrote a “Letter of Medical Necessity” for me to have an analog meter. This request was written to the staff atty, Ms. Linda Lamb, at Carroll Electric and she took the liberty to downgrade her diagnosis of me to a “mere medical opinion” and I was told (in writing) that I needed to prove to Ms. Lamb, an attorney, not a doctor, that I’m in fact disabled and also asked in writing if my doctor was an electrician. This is haughty, arrogant and should horrify anyone that understands the American Disability Act and why it was implemented. Can you say “Civil Rights Violation”? It also shows that we now live in a world where a corporation can force a product whose safety is being questioned all over the globe by doctors, scientists, universities and people claiming harm (insomnia, depression, pain, pronounced ear-ringing, DNA damage, cancer, autoimmune…). Virginia was recently the 4th state to reject them. 105,000 of them were recalled in Saskatchewan Canada. So, a corporation can now laugh off a qualified doctor’s letter of medical necessity, demean and devalue a disabled person, and place a legal (not medical) person who has a clear bias and lack of knowledge or qualifications in the gap as the person to be persuaded and nobody has a problem with this? Okay then we need to change the state motto to “The People Used to Rule” don’t you think?
Here’s the legal issues of my case though I don’t have much, maybe any, faith in our judicial system any more. It seems to protect the corporations now and not the people. When it comes to pollution, if the people aren’t protected the environment is not protected either!
Of interest, when I sent my formal ADA request to Ms. Lamb at Carroll Electric, she was quick to brag on their “system” and repeatedly failed to addressl the “dirty electricity” known to accompany all of these meters into the home wiring. She’d go fifteen different directions but wouldn’t discuss it. NOW I KNOW WHY. We arrived to this house on 11/7 with our Penske truck from Austin, Texas. I spent 2 nights in the house before noting a tension in my jaws and angry thoughts that I KNEW were not consistent with me or my nature. Within a few hours the systemic pain started and I was relegated to the RV for the next 17 days waiting for an electrician to come install a whole house filter that we hoped would mitigate the problem. It cost $1250!!!! And the electrician was another $400. BEFORE the electrician (a 36-year Master Electrician who spent 22 years at Dow Chemical as a Master Electrician), made any changes, my mom and a friend, went through the house with a Graham-Stetzer meter taking readings of “dirty electricity”. On the back of the package for this meter, which is comparable to an “EMI Line Noise Meter” and all state that any reading over 50 is “Unacceptable.”

CERTAINLY, being in the electricity business I would expect you to know about this kind of measurement and the meters to find them. If you honestly don’t, we should be as concerned about that. That’s exactly what I found in Austin, Texas. I had high magnetic readings and the LICENSED electricians who came to help us had no idea these meters/readings even existed. THIS IS BEYOND RIDICULOUS.
December 2019 the sheriff’s 46 y.o. reportedly healthy happy wife dropped dead of a heart attack, one month after our arrival. I was new here and uncertain and still leaning to the idea that I was one of few people with this condition. NOT TRUE but I remained quiet.
December 2020 Lisa Tanner Massengale, whose family owns the local hardware store was found crawling on the floor and didn’t know who she was. Multiple masses were found on the side of her head and she died Christmas Eve. This is the moment that I took my Stetzerizer line noise meter to the electric outlet that was abnormally high up on the wall, even with her head when she sat at her desk, and on the same side the masses were found.
Safe is 25-30 so you might imagine my shock when the readings began inthe 1500’s, jumped to the 1900’s and then exceeded the limits of the meter, which is 2000 GSU’s. I plugged in a Greenwave filter and took another reading but it only dropped it to 1000.
I went home and created a document with links to inform people of the danger and the links gave information on the filters but it landed on dead ears and some called me crazy and the condition has remained. So…
December 2021 another 54 y.o. happy healthy soul dropped dead and she worked in the grocery store, which is the same building as Lisa at the hardware store and she’d been there many years. Remember that “cumulative effects” thing?
I wrote everyone in the state to try to bring remedy but nobody would take any action. I even sent the 72 page document below to individual commissioners at their home address and sent one to her family’s worm farm, thinking they certainly recognize the importance of an electric ecosystem needing protection from electrical saturation by manmade technology!
So, let me continue my argument proving that DIRTY ELECTRICITY is a very toxic substance and that these new-fangled electronic meters, and the PLC it’s now contaminated too, is in fact HARMING YOUR CUSTOMERS!!!!!!!

Okay, let me know if you come to right thinking after reading this. I’d like to get that analog meter my doctor wanted me to have. We’re already almost $1700 dollars into efforts to make this place “safe” but my ears are ringing incessantly which seems to be a VERY COMMON COMPLAINT about these beasts.

In case you thought it was just me…THIS STORY BELOW HAPPENED over Thanksgiving of 2024:
The problem is that everyone doesn’t FEEL IT. If you don’t FEEL IT, then you just end up with diabetes or your diabetes progresses to brittle diabetes and becomes hard to manage. Afib is very common! Cancer, leukemia, depression, gut issues…and you’d never guess it was the electric meter they put on your home:
Below is a link where I show what meters I used to take the readings and the filters we had to install for me to even be able to enter this home. It’s like carbon monoxide…you can’t see it, taste it, or smell it but it can be measured, mitigated and it can sicken and kill you.
I recently loaned my meter and a few plug-in filters to a neighbor who has a large solar system on their home and were reporting not feeling well. They confirmed that their home also had very high readings in the 1200’s and some in the 1600’s. I gave them my warning speech about their potential magnification of errors and sent them back home with the meter to measure before and after install. I’ve even found that plugging a television in caused higher readings in a bedroom in one outlet so it’s more complicated than just plugging in a filter. They used two of them in their bedroom and it dropped the readings to 40 and both of them enjoyed sound sleep again and were greatly relieved. It MIGHT be that simple but I’m still learning as I go.
These filters do NOTHING to mitigate the 24/7 high-pitched squeal caused by this meter system. I didn’t hear it for the first two months, now I can’t not hear it. It has driven me to tears, woken me from my not so sound sleep…I now think of it as “My Idiot Alarm” that lets me know that I have to keep fighting until someone with a few working brain cells actually hears what I’m presenting here. STUPID HUMAN STUFF!
I found that certain electrical products when plugged in cause a surge in the readings so adding a Greenwave filter as needed can be required. I also found that one television, for reasons unknown and in spite of the whole house filter, caused readings of 1725. I tried several plug-in’s, including the Satic plug-in with no success so we simply changed out the television.
GREAT NEWS! After years of many people fighting this a Pennsylvania Supreme Court ruled that the utility companies CANNOT force these on their customers. In the article below you’ll see them whining about how they’ve spent $1.2 Billion and what a shame it is if they have to now accommodate those who don’t want them. My thoughts “Yes and your companies/corporations steam-rolled your customers, threatened them, shut off their power and generally acted like a brute when they told you they didn’t feel well after you installed these meters. So, don’t really care what happens to you or your business and you’re likely going to get sued BIG TIME!” It’s a question of when.

‘Driven almost to madness by a “Smart” water meter installed by my town, I sent the Town Board a letter from my doctor explaining that I was electrosensitive and they removed the meter. Now they charge me $75 to read my meter manually, a meter that is 2 yards from their parked car!
But here is the great news I want to share. Guided by Gittleman’s book “Zapped” and other sources, I found that by switching off ALL electricity at night I was able to sleep like a child, after 50 years of chronic insomnia. Gradually, since 2016, my tinnitus has become almost unnoticeable and I’m able to tolerate some amount of wifi. Granted, it’s a challenge sleeping when the thermometer reads 11F, but it’s worth insulating the windows and wearing 5 layers of clothing. Knowledge is power — good luck to all of us!

Hello Nina and thanks for your comment. We had to turn off the breaker at night when we arrived here too but wasn’t practical in the day time when lights needed to be on etc to get things done…used lanterns too. Sadly we live in an area where they are FORCING these electric meters on people. The Sheriff’s 46 yr old wife collapsed and died recently and I sent this post to the crime lab and to the general email of the sheriff’s office and have shared my concerns with several of their friends encouraging them to take readings in their home. My Mom keeps saying “The right person has to die” and THIS may be it. We’re making an effort to educate this entire small town so we’ll see what comes of it. I expect once they see what’s going on there could be a showdown. These mountain folks won’t take this is my expectation. Blessings on the journey and yes, may GOD be with us all.

Thanks, kb108. I use electricity during the day, also, and had signed a contract with my area’s electric company to keep my analog meter 5 or 6 years ago. So it was the more recent installation of a “smart” WATER meter by my little TOWN that did me in. The Town is keeping the cost of the manual reading option high to discourage more town residents from going for it. These new pulsing water meters, read from the curbside, enabled the town to cut back on the human meter readers who previously went from house to house to read the meters attached to our homes.
It’s understandable that the Town wants to save money, but not that our elected officials bury their heads in the sand rather than read the results of thousands of scientific studies showing the alarming effects of EMFs on the human body.

OMGoodness I have a 24/7 high-pitched squeal in my ears or brain now that I have a TWACS meter FORCED on me in spite of my doctor’s letter of medical necessity. I’m raising heck about it and distributing post cards around this little town. Once people see what’s going on I think or HOPE they’ll rise up. The local sheriff’s 46 yr old wife collapsed and died two weeks after we moved here. I gave him a postcard which tells him to go to this blog post so I hope he will and that he buys a meter and takes readings in their home. My Mom always says “The right person just needs to die and they’ll put up a red light.” This is soooooo cruel. Like subtly being electrocuted.

I recall a time when our electric provider in a rural setting, mailed us a pre-paid postcard and we filled in the numbers and mailed it back. They’re either ignorant or malevolent but neither one is taking us in a right direction. NOW, most of us can actually take a picture of the readings and email them to them also. I have a grounded, shielded, hard-wired laptop and a camera with a digital memory card. There are options short of poisoning the population.
