The end of the (1 hr 17 min) video below titled, The Natural State of America, gives some details about how a local group’s case moved forward against Carroll Electric cooperative CORPORATION, including CRIMINAL INDICTMENTS over a decade ago, but apparently nothing happened to anyone to curb this lawless behavior by Carroll Electric cooperative CORPORATION as they continue with the same blatantly lawless mannerisms and business practices today, only much more dangerous.
Locals report they’ve been “locked out of public meetings” and the CORPORATION changed the rules to control who gets on the board and to keep a local true neighbor representative off that board. Now, beginning in 2009 CECC FORCED an unsafe electric meter into their world without a vote and without “informed consent,” THEY ARE NOT A COOPERATIVE but are a PRIVATE CORPORATION!

Funny but Carroll Electric tried to have this article scrubbed from the internet but I fortunately had a hard copy to share with you:
I’m trying to figure out why they NEED to be insisting on the idea that they are a cooperative instead of just being a standard corporation. There has to be some advantage and yet again, BLATANT NON-COMPLIANCE and seeming PERMISSION to not conform. Does it allow them to escape the regulation of the Arkansas Public Service Commission, like seen described in this screenshot in Texas? Would they then fall under the supervision of the Arkansas Electric Cooperatives CORPORATION that I’ve mailed and emailed information to with no reply several times in the last 3 years? Maybe it’s time to gear up CRIMINAL INDICTMENTS and include the failed oversight groups! Seems like nobody is doing their job these days.
“These meters meet ANSI standards” told me that ANSI IS COMPROMISED. These meters have so many haters including the FCC who created a demonstration video showing how they contaminate the power lines, were rejected at the federal level by the Austrian Chamber of Physicians AND by the Swiss Physician’s for the Environment for “fear that they are deadly with immediate and cumulative effects with the most vulnerable feeling it the soonest”. So I found this man on YouTube who owns a safety certification company and he’s constantly reporting on ANSI’s other failed oversight and recently declared that their union with another oversight agency ANAB, put them in an oversight position and means “they have liability”! Daryl Guberman now places ANSI in a liability role and that’s great cuz they have lots of money, which is what lawyers like to see. @OzarkadiaFilms: You need to see what Carroll Electric has done now… So they apparently have a legal monopoly or they’re just paying someone off or know where someone buried a body. Regardless of how they came to POSE and not BE a cooperative remains unclear. What is clear is that they have used that power to FORCE an electric meter on their customers that was banned at the federal level by the Austrian Chamber of Physicians AND the Swiss Physicians for the Environment for fear that it is deadly “with immediate and cumulative effects with the most vulnerable feeling it the soonest.” I was injured by exposure to too much wireless tech in Austin, TX, touched the screen of a new cell phone in Oct 2016 and a pain shot up my arm that radically changed the focus of my life and sent us fleeing to the Ozarks in Nov 2019. A month after arrival the sheriff’s 46 yr old healthy wife dropped dead of a heart attack. Raised my eyebrows but I was still trying to figure out if I was just one of few who was feeling this stuff as so many other people seemed to think. But then Lesa Tanner Massengale was found with 5-8 masses on her brain and when a friend pointed to the right side of her head I got dressed and took my meters to measure what was coming out of the electric outlet that was abnormally high up on the wall, even with her head when she sat at her desk for hours on end. A safe reading is 20-30 and anything “over 50 is unacceptable and must be filtered” according to the meter package. This is a line noise meter, Stetzerizer brand. It neutralizes the 60 Hz sine wave of the power lines and measures what harmonics may be riding on the line. The readings began in the 1500’s, jumped to 1900’s, then exceeded the limits of the meter so it’s over 2000 GSU’s. Adding a filter at that outlet only lowered it to 1000. I went next door to Harp’s Grocery and measured the outlet on the front porch by the ice machines and it was 1500’s. I then went to the Jones Physical Therapy building in the same partking lot. It wasn’t open which would likely lower the readings but it was still at 1000. 13 months later another 54 yr old healthy happy soul, Candace Sexton, worked at Harp’s for many years, same building as Lesa…she dropped dead of a heart attack. Downtown I met Sean at the Freckled Frog and learned that he had two heart attacks and a $180,000 pacemaker in his chest and he was only 55 years old when telling me this. THEN I found out from locals that they were reportedly LOCKED OUT of public meetings by CECC while CECC calls themselves a “member-owned” cooperative, which would imply member input and member cooperation. Locals also say the 24/7 high-pitched squeal began here upon install of this meter system. The FCC put out a demonstration video showing how this meter system contaminates the power lines and it seems that’s happened here. There’s also a 3-part pdf explaining this contamination. One couple reported their hair standing on ends as they drove along side the power lines coming south from Eureka Springs. Another young mom has told me three DISTURBING accounts of her heart cramping up and another story of feeling like energy was being pulled from her brain while sitting under the power lines at the Jasper Elementary School. Another very informed local handyman says he doesn’t think those lines meet electrical code. I found a 70 yr old Chief Inspector for the Board of Electrical Examiners and Licensing who says, “If y’all are hearing a squeal it means there’s a problem up there”. THANK GOD…SOME SANITY SHOWED UP. He retired but I still have his contact information. He asked someone at CECC to come check on us. I let him know a year later that it never happened. He seemed agitated and vowed to again request his engineer colleague come check on this mess. Again, it never happened so I called him about a month before he retired and he was so irritated that nobody ever came that he gave up the name of the man he asked to come. Randy Hooten. I’ve been trying for 4 years to get help and feel like I’m dealing with mental zombies. I don’t know when DANGEROUS METER READINGS, FCC demonstration videos, a Chief Electrical Inspector, complaints to the FTC, the EPA, DOJ, Housing Authority, US Nat’l Forest Svc, Newton County Health Dept., all 14 members of the state medical board, the AR public svc commission, POTUS #45, Gov Sarah Sanders, Gov, Mike Parson of MO… There are now 9 of us living in the vicinity of Jasper who have a condition known as ELECTROMAGNETIC HYPERSENSITIVITY from over exposure to EMR or Electromagnetic Fields. NINE OF US! I can tell you that since we arrived here I was able to travel to Parthenon and Yardelle but summer of 2023 I went to help friends look for a home and those two places now made me sick. We found a new tower in Yardelle hidden up in the trees and Parthenon isn’t healthy now either according to my “I’m a human EMF meter now” state of being. I suspect it may have been the four new PBS transmitter/repeaters launched in January of 2023 that are the explanation and caused me to wake up with the entire house spinning a week before their deployment was announced! The previouis December of 2022 a microwave signal SUDDENLY came in this house that was traced to the DirecTV hardwired box. Lit me up and just as my USAF captain/navigator niece pulled up. I handed her the meter as I ran out of the house. I FELT IT …She came out reporting it was coming from the TV. A TV set up that had been in place for 2 years SUDDENLY changed….corroborated by a meter and a witness. See they moved the sat tv providers on the spectrum to the C Band to accommodate 5G. I had no idea if it would change anything but thank goodness I understood it…I AM A WARNING MESSENGER WHO CAN TYPE!!! 15-20% of every species is “weaker” for a reason… We now have hardwired Roku tv’s. EVERYTHING in my world is measured, hardwired, grounded, shielded, and filtered to facilitate healing. The problem now is that nobody wants to recognize this new INCONVENIENT illness happening. The NIH calls it a “world wide plague” and estimates that 1/3 of the population is adversely affected. MOST JUST DON’T RECOGNIZE THE SOURCE. This stuff makes me hurt like crazy in different areas of my body depending on whether it’s a cell phone, WIFI, or a not smart electric meter. LESA NEVER FELT A THING but then it gave her brain cancer and killed her. Candace Sexton never felt a thing but she dropped dead of a heart attack. CECC and Aclara are spreading false information about this meter system…this meets the criteria for criminal assault. By the way a local man when I inquired stated that “my studies are ongoing but we have found a correlation between CWD and the electric meters”. Because I was the 33rd person to LIKE the video above I can’t help but post the poem that INSISTED on being written in February of 2023:
The Itinerary of a Surrendered Life
May 27th, 1990, A.D.
I wrote down a message GOD spoke to me.
“Isaiah 54 Shall Apply” is what it read.
I noted it in a first adult journal and then I went to bed.
28 years went by before someone brought this back to mind.
When I went back to read it, I was amazed by what I’d find.
It was like reading a story of where all I had been.
It even showed my divorce, which I didn’t see back then.
I recalled one idea that I’d “be moved to a place with a gemstone foundation”.
NOW, I knew I was to awaken people to a dangerous situation.
I had sought to live a PURPOSED LIFE seeking God’s presence every day.
So He could tell us a story and help us find His way.
It’s been a challenging but fruitful journey, an alternative path I took.
God then insisted I write an extensive book.
It had been out about a year when the story took a radical turn.
There were urgent things He needed to show me – we have a lot to learn.
Our launch of massive technology is the subject that’s caught His eye.
If we don’t stop this a lot of things will fry!
As it turns out as we arrive at 2023, I found myself thinking about May 27th, 1990, A.D.
How I’m exactly where that chapter in Isaiah said that I would be.
I enjoy looking for God in the story as it assures this isn’t “just me”.
First thing I notice in 2023, is that message is turning 33.
Realizing this year, 66 years I’ve been livin’
But realized too I wasn’t actually 33 when it was given.
“But wait a minute” my mind ran ahead.
“How many days between those two?” I said.
I could hardly believe the answer when it was shown to me.
3 weeks and 3 days later I turned 33.
One step further, as I look around.
Another set of 3’s is what I found.
February 2023 helps me to know.
We arrived here 3 years and 3 months ago.
I can’t believe my eyes as I look across the nations.
And see the boundless destruction caused by corporations.
Think of the seeding birds, the flora, and the bee
Living without them is a life we don’t wanna see.
So, when I say “I’ve been sent” to help you see the error in humanity’s direction.
I hope you too can see the thumbprint of God and know the information comes with deep affection.
Before I go, I just have one question.
What will it take before WE THE PEOPLE respond, does this need to be an even bigger lesson?

This effort was from 12 years ago so I find myself asking what happened to the spirit of the people here where the state motto is “The People Rule”? Answer: They gave up and after my own efforts over the last 4 years I can see why. CECC is one of those “old relics” that needs to be dealt with. There is an almost palpable feeling of “it’s useless, they’re entrenched” idea here but when it comes to using that power to turn power lines and all building wiring into radiating antennas and even causing harm to the wildlife and eco system at large…I don’t think we have any choice but to address this and so I continue…
Below is a video by Daryl Guberman who I found online posting incessantly about the failures of “ANSI’s safety certification mill”. He even has a list of their failures in the show description that you need to see. Now, with recent reports of a door flying off of a commercial airplane during flight, airplanes that are ‘ANSI APPROVED’, it’s getting easier to see that they aren’t really certifying safety as much as they are “selling the illusion of safety”… When you see Mr. Guberman share that a CCP member was overseeing ANSI from 2015-2021 it’s even less assuring to know that any CCP member (Chinese Communist Party Member) would be involved in oversight and involved in our electric grid in any way. He makes the point that they have a DUTY to suveille us and report their findings to the CCP. That these meters are data collection devices and that data is like the new platinum in the economy is equally disturbing. It’s also a significant concern when these not smart electric meters are clearly incendiary devices and have been responsible for fires that destroy an entire neighborhood with the exception of homes with an old-style analog meter. What a convenient weapon. I keep noting that it feels like the new gas chambers but we don’t have to bother getting on a train. They’ll just pipe the invisible toxin right into our buildings via the wiring and then do no public education regarding the need to measure and filter where possible. So I filed a second very detailed complaint with the Arkansas Attorney General. I could hardly believe the response of the Senior Investigator, SO I WROTE THE ATTORNEY GENERAL PERSONALLY. If he/they don’t do anything then WE THE PEOPLE need to admit that we no longer have any functioning oversight in our government and start taking some action as this is unacceptable.
