You need to see what’s going on here. I apologize for the length of this post so I make the following suggestions to filter through it. I’m telling you a story through pictures and other posts. So, in a video post below titled, What Happens When You Add Things to Fiber Optic Lines, you’ll learn from an interview with Dr. Jack Kruse about “Electromagnetic Fires” in a wireless tech world! These are not “wild fires” as in “spawned by nature”. There’s a human element here that you NEED to see. PG&E admitted that they weren’t “managing the forests undergrowth” but the mainstream news ignored the green beams from the sky part of the story. You only got that if you were watching alternative reporting or citizen journalists. Below, you’ll see a link where power lines in Texas are being admitted to be part of the largest wild fire in Texas history. My my there sure seems to be a lot of clumsy mismanagement and ignoring of some vital details going on.
First let me show you a picture that truly is worth a thousand words:
The trees are fine but mobile homes are gone. They’re still calling it a “wild fire” as if it’s origin is just completely unknown. Stop and think about that. What is the evidence to support that or opposing ideas that this is an electrical fire attributed to the new-fangled digital electric meters they’ve forced and/or covertly placed in our world. I call them incendiary devices. Dr. Kruze points out that a tell tale characteristic of an electromagnetic fire is that anything grounded, like trees, would survive. Hmmmmmm.

Note that the only four homes to survive this California “wild fire” were the homes that had an analog meter, the kind we grew up with, not these “not smart” digital versions being FORCED on humanity world wide:

So are there any other oversight agencies who’ve chimed in on this meter system’s safety? Why yes! The FCC laboratory actually made a 7.5 minute video showing how they measured the power line contamination with an AM radio base. And if you tune your radio to an AM station and pull into the Harps Grocery Store here in Jasper, where the Bob’s Do It Best Hardware store is also located you’ll hear such a dense level of static that you’ll have to turn the radio off. THAT IS POWER LINE CONTAMINATION That’s also the buildings where the first deadly readings were found after a local woman ended up with 5-8 masses (depends on who you ask) on the same side of her head as an electric outlet abnormally high up on the wall:
Below you’ll find 3 pdf’s describing how this TWACS/PLC (Two Way Automated System aka Power Line Carrier system turns the power lines into radiating antennas which then travels along the wiring and into the serviced building radiating into the rooms. I don’t know who created these but they seem to read as if they’re companions to the FCC laboratory information but I can’t be certain:

I was injured by wireless technology in an acute event in October of 2016, which radically changed the focus and location of my life. I thought I was just one of a few who could feel electromagnetic fields when we moved here to get me away from the density of technology in Austin, Texas. We arrived in November of 2019 and a month later the Sheriff’s 46-year-old presumably healthy wife dropped dead of a heart attack. I already knew about this meter system but I used my meters to see what was going on in this house and we installed a $1500 filter on the electric panel and the outlets inside are also measured and filtered and everything in this home is hardwired. There is NO wireless around me and I’m slowly getting well while the world around me continues to roll out more and more of this. My eyebrows went up a little but since the sheriff ignored three offers to borrow my meter that takes readings IN the electric outlet, I couldn’t be sure. He was disinterested.
I was still going in stores and going to the Farmer’s Market I just didn’t go to people’s homes as I knew they wouldn’t be filtered and I didn’t spend much time in any buildings in town. THEN, in December of 2021, they found Lesa Tanner Massengale crawling on her knees and didn’t know who she was. They found 5-8 masses on her brain and that was my cue. There was an electric outlet up abnormally high on the wall by her desk at the hardware store, even with her head and on the same side as those masses. She died three weeks later at 60 years old. I took my Stetzerizer Line Noise Meter to that outlet. Safe readings should be 20-30. The readings began in the 1500’s, jumped to the 1900″s and then exceeded the limits of the meter so they’re above 2000 GS Units.
I typed and printed 100 copies of a 2-page document and put them on people’s cars all over town. I began asking people if they could hear the 24/7 squeal in the air here and about half of them do and the other half I suspect haven’t even stopped to listen to the world around them.
I’ve been calling and emailing and trying to get some oversight agency to take an interest to no avail for reasons I can only attribute to our modern world where NOBODY is actually interested in solving problems but I did find a 70 year old Chief Inspector for the Arkansas Board of Electrical Examiners who said, “If y’all are hearing a squeal up there that means there’s a problem”. He called a colleague at Carroll Electric and asked him to come check on us but nobody came.
Then December of 2022, another beloved local woman, 54, healthy, happy soul began having a heart attack at home, but went to work at Harp’s Grocery Store where the deadly readings were found. SHE DROPPED DEAD. I’ve taken RF readings in the parking lot there on a $350 meter, (RF) Radio Frequency in the microwave range. Safe is 0.1-10 and anything over 10 is “very conspicous” or “severe” according to Building Biology standards. The readings coming out of Harp’s Grocery Store when the doors opened, sitting in the front row of parking were 166.67 mw/2 on a Gigahertz Solutions HF 35C meter.

I don’t have a screenshot of it because it was just a verbal account here at the house as a friend reported he and his wife were driving south out of Eureka Springs, parallel to the power lines and the hair on his arms was standing at attention and the hair on the back of her neck. They both commented that they felt it was from the power lines but then who’s checking that? I’m guessing nobody.
So I called that Chief Inspector again and let him know that his colleague did not come check on the issues here. He was a little disturbed by that and said he’d call him again. Almost a year went by and this squeal is driving me to tears at times so I called him again and he informed me he was retiring. When I told him that his colleague, nor anyone from Carroll Electric had come he was more than a little annoyed and I suppose he decided it was warranted and gave up the name of the electrical engineer for Carroll Electric as Randy Hooten. So, when a state level electrical inspector tells you of a problem and asks that you go check on it, isn’t that a bit of negligence? That would mean that Carroll Electric now “had knowledge” of a pending problem and yet…
Is it doing environmental damage too…THIS SQUEAL has to be disturbing the microorgansms I’d expect. So I went on a facebook group and because I’d seen in the Arkansas Hunting Guide, 2020-21 page 4 that Chronic Wasting Disease began here in the White Tail Deer in 2016. From what I could tell this meter system was at 55% rollout in 2011 so that meant it should’ve been near completion five years later. First, I was mocked and laughed at but then this happened and I caught the screenshot before me and my question were kicked out of the group. Now isn’t that interesting that I was kicked off just for respectfully asking if anyone had looked into this possible connection between these meters and the CWD:
An early comment claimed it came from the infected elk brought in and wanted to end the conversation there. What you need to take into account is the simultaneous event of deploying these toxic digital electric meters. These meters have not only contaminated the power lines, have the air screaming here 24/7 with a high-pitched squeal, but THE BIGGEST issue is that they’ve CREATED AN ELECTRIC FIELD affecting every living thing that’s in it! They like to use the word “GRID” so imagine that we’re all in an electric GRID now 24/7. So, an INFECTED AGENT, (the elk), were introduced into an area where an “electric grid” was now in place, suppressing the immune system of the White Tail and every living organism, causing neuro degenerative issues and other diseases like we’re seeing in the human population. Why is there any surprise?
This is a fawn with CWD whose momma dropped him in our front yard…as if she was dropping off the evidence and pleading for our help. I nursed him around the clock for 4 days over a holiday weekend before asking a deputy to come “take him to the farm” as I couldn’t do it. For those who aren’t aware, his neck was cranked around in this position. He would’ve starved to death. I could straighten it but it wouldn’t stay and he had no ability to do it.
How will we answer the Creator for our failed stewardship?

This precious woman below and her chemically and electrically sensitive daughter were driven out of their home that had been built and painted with all chemical free paints for her daughter’s health preservation only to be literally FORCED out of their beloved sanctuary for the purpose of FORCING technology…Still think we live in a free country?
Locals began telling me that Carroll Electric cooperative CORPORATION was locking them out of public meetings and changing the rules to keep a TRUE NEIGHBOR REPRESENTATIVE from getting on the board, while calling themselves a “member-owned cooperative”. All of this is in that “Posing” post above. THIS IS CRIMINAL BEHAVIOR and I’m still trying to figure out why it’s being accepted here where the state motto is “The People Rule”. What happened to this state? What happened to our country? Cuz when Carroll Electric claimed that “These meters meet ANSI standards” my immediate thought was “then ANSI is compromised”. There’s no way a meter system with all of these issues is safe. EMF Remediation Experts say you can’t heal it and that the only solution is to move. Are you seriously going to let this happen? Are we just going to sit back and allow this to continue? If so, I think I’ll move to Missouri, the SHOW ME state and see if they still mean that motto. I’m just appalled at humanity’s acceptance. I keep saying “This feels like the gas chambers except we don’t have to get on a train. They’ll just pipe the invisible ‘gas’ into our home wiring.” What a shame! I’m not certain but it’s possible that our politicians who are desperate for money have been “making deals” with the CCP for many many decades. The CCP is a sneaky and patient adversary. Even President Trump signed an Executive Order 13920 to get all the commercial transformers made by “a foreign advesary” to be “ripped out and replaced” was his personal teminology. I too can’t understand why this was ever allowed. As well, Carroll Electric has made getting information about the providers of parts in this meter a difficult process so I ordered one off of ebay and took it apart and looked up parts. One day I’ll post the picture of what I found but it was a capacitor made in China, while they claim these meters are made and assembled in the USA. I can’t guarantee that this meter I purchased is the same but I do know they have a Switch Mode Power Supply that converts the current form AC to DC to AC to DC and creates the pulses on the line.

Oh, just found this post below where an electrical engineer is giving his input on the problems with ACLARA 1-210+C meters and ACLARA’s response…and Bill Bathgates reply. What I want to know is “if it isn’t settled that these meters are safe” why are we the test rabbits? WHO IS ALLOWING THIS??? If there’s any doubt, the favor should be on the customer to decide if they want to be part of an ongoing experiment.
Below is my personal story/struggle here trying to get accommodation for the 9 of us who live here who are BLOCKED FROM ACCESS TO MEDICAL, DENTAL, AND CHIROPRACTIC CARE. Speaking for myself only but I can’t go in any buildings here due to the presence of these electric meters. Yes there would still be cell phones and WIFI but they could be turned off so I/we could receive care and turned back on when we leave. With this meter system that isn’t possible. I spent 4 days of 24/7 hell when a disc slipped in my back and I couldn’t get help. IS THIS OKAY WITH YOU? This isn’t an injury I acquired by drunk driving or something stupid. THE WORLD IS BEING SATURATED WITH ELECTROMAGNETIC RADIATION IN MANY FORMS and I’m saying, “PLEASE STOP THIS and INTRODUCE SOME SANITY AND RESTRAINT”. And when you see how I was addressed by Carroll Electric’s staff attorney you should be angry and help me stop this. It’s just a matter of time before more and more people will become ill. METER READINGS SHOULD MATTER! If the meter says something is unsafe…period, end of debate. This is the response of an intelligent species.

What’s going on here is IS CRUEL CORPORATE BEHAVIOR BEING ALLOWED! And when you have fraud, a defective product, and several deaths, environmental damage that they knew or “should’ve known”. The Arkansas Public Service Commission’s site used to read “duty” but now reads “ensuring…”. If you are distributing electrical or chemical or any harmful emissions you would have a DUTY to establish that it was SAFE before doing so. To not do so would be negligent and irresponsible and seems like it would meet a CRIMINAL CRITERIA.
