Apparently Arkansas’ Attorney General’s Office thinks I should pay for a private attorney to protect the citizens of the state. Uhmmmmmmmm then what are they doing?
Here’s an FYI before you start reading this. If you go to the 2005 Energy Policy Act you’ll find at page 371, Section 1252 where they talk about OFFERING these new electric meters. NEVER ONCE does it say they are to be FORCED on customers so I’m curious how we got to the place that I see them doing the egregious acts I see. Then the Sheriff’s 46 y.o. presumably healthy wife dropped dead of a heart attack. was BEFORE Lesa Tanner Massengale was found w/ 5-8 masses on the side of her brain next to an electric outlet up high on the wall by her desk.
was BEFORE I found the DEADLY READINGS at her desk, in the store, in the building and then all around town. Even Lexy Coontz, the road superintendant here borrowed my meter and took readings all around the courthouse and IN the courthouse and found the same.
was BEFORE Candace Sexton, 54 y.o. healthy, happy soul dropped dead of a heart attack 13 months later, worked in the same building as Lesa.
was BEFORE I found the FCC Laboratory video showing how this system contaminates the power lines.
was BEFORE I spent 4 days of 24/7 hell when a disc slipped in my back and I realized I wouldn’t be able to go in the chriopractor’s office, a doctor’s office, a dentist, or the ER!
was BEFORE I found the Chief Inspector at the Dept of Labor, Board of Electrical Examiners and Licensing who said adamantly, “If y’all are hearing a 24/7 squeal up there it means there’s a problem”. He asked someone named Randy Hooten TWICE to come check on us…Randy never did.
was BEFORE I got the screenshot of the local man Jamie Mefford saying “my studies are ongoing but we have found a correlation between chronic wasting disease [in the white tail deer] and the electric meters”.
was BEFORE I found out that this meter system was banned at the federal level by the Austrian Chamber of Physicians and the Swiss Physicians for the environment which begs the question “What is it doing in the Ozarks”? It was banned specifically “for fear that it is deadly with immediate and cumulative effects with the most vulnerable feeling it the soonest”.
was BEFORE I captured a screenshot of a woman saying that she saw electric current popping up in the air in front of her and her daughter.
was BEFORE I had a local woman tell me of 3 VERY CONCERNING events like heart cramps, and the sense of energy being pulled from her brain/head up towards the power lines while waiting at the elementary school to pick up her child.
was BEFORE I realized that I wasn’t the only one being affected by this stuff, I was just the one FEELING IT. If you don’t FEEL IT then you turn up with uncontrollable blood sugar, afib/heart rhythm problems, cancer, recurrent respiratory issues, depression, dis-ease of many forms…
was BEFORE I began hearing a 24/7 high-pitched squeal here that locals say began immediately upon install of these meters, which is likely due to sending data over power lines designed to only carry electric current according to EMF Remediation Experts.
was BEFORE I learned that there are now 9 of us in the vicinity of this small town who are being adversely affected by EMF’s (electromagnetic fields) therefore 9 of us are now barred from access to medical, dental, and chiropractic care in addition to not being able to enter any buildings such as the grocery store which has DEADLY readings, the post office, restaurants, or even friends homes.
was BEFORE I learned there’s an ICD (Int’ Insurance Diagnostic Code) for this condition of electromagnetic hypersensitivity and that NIH.gov is calling this a “world wide plague that began when technology was launched at an industrial level. So, NOW, I informed the AG’s Snr Investigator that I want to know what she’s done that would meet the criteria of an actual “Investigation” and that I “expect an actual investigation” and if she isn’t going to do one then I want the name of her boss and informed that I will be writing the AG by person-to-person certified mail if necessary. I then wrote a legal assistant that sent me a copy of my complaint and asked for a copy of the original complaint AND any Oath of Office that Kym Armstrong signed and let them know that I’m not going away.
I’m now looking into liens by commerce law and criminal charges. There are so many groups forming around this profound revelation in our laws history that I’m actually having a hard time deciding which group to follow but I’ve got two books read and am 6 hours into training with one of the mentors online. Hoping to see so many of these lawless CORPORATIONS and their protectors brought to justice. Some of the US Criminal Codes for biological weapons carry a 99 year prison sentence. You simply don’t get to cook people and damage the environment. It’s a matter of finding the right path to justice!

I have a letter from my qualified Medical Doctor, graduate from University of Texas, “treating” physician trained in EMF harm. I have been examined by Dr. Chavez and under her care for 5 years of the 7 since I became injured. This letter was sent to CECC’s, Linda Lamb, staff attorney, where it stated that “if she had any questions to contact” my doctor. She instead chose to write me a very unprofessional and hostile letter asking if my doctor is also an electrician and telling me that I had to prove to her that I have this condition and then she proceeded to arbitrarily downgrade my doctor’s diagnosis to a “medical opinion”, which MAY apply if this doctor hadn’t actually examined me and been treating me for a year at the time of this letter. You’ll also see my heated reply and the ADA Amendments spelling out the qualifications of a “disabled” person. She later told me I couldn’t email her that I had to send a hard copy letter. This is also considered “Hostile” behavior towards a disabled person to limit or cut off communication. I would expect this to especially apply when this has not been abused by me.

A friend from facebook came to visit the area recently and had an experience that confirms what I’ve been working desperately for 5 years to bring attention to but since TECHNOLOGY IS THE NEW GOD nobody wants to address what IS:
Carroll Electric Cooperative CORPORATION has FORCED an electric meter known to be VERY DANGEROUS into this area WHILE they claim to be a “member-owned cooperative” but can’t explain how members would force a deadly meter on themselves. They’ve been a criminal organization allowed to do as they please in this state for many many years as a lawsuit from 2011 revealed quite clearly.
They have FORCED a TWACS (Two Way Automated Communication System aka Power Line Carrier or PLC) electric meter system on their customers that was “banned at the federal level by the Austrian Chamber of Physicians and the Swiss Physicians for the Environment for fear that it is deadly with immediate and cumulative effects with the most vulnerable feeling it the soonest.” This effectively blocks those of us already crippled by the launch of excessive technology into our world from access to medical, dental, chiropractic…a trip to the ER would likely cost me my life and there’s only 8 Low EMF hospitals IN THE WORLD. So, thinking mankind got ahead of themselves here, or worse.
When the first 46-yr-old healthy woman dropped dead of a heart attack my eyebrows raised but we’d only been here a month. The next December rolled around and another woman was found crawling on her bedroom floor and didn’t know who she was. She died 3 weeks later from multiple masses on her brain. THAT’S when I knew to go take a reading with a Stetzerizer (line noise) meter in the electric outlet that was abnormally high up on the wall, EVEN WITH HER HEAD, when she sat at that desk. Safe readings are 20-30. The readings began in the 1500’s, jumped to 1900’s, and then exceeded the limits of the meter at 2000 units. The next December rolled around and another happy, healthy beautiful soul, 54-yr-old woman dropped dead of a heart attack and she worked in the same building as the previous woman.
I passed out information in 22 degree weather after Lisa’s death with links to this site. I posted on social media. I wrote and called and….It’s like everyone is in a stupor here which makes sense once you understand what electricity does to the human nervous system. I know this woman who came to visit the area to be “EMF literate” but not disabled by it. EMF’s are electromagnetic fields that are now saturating our world at a level that would shock you, which is why I have built TWO sites to share information. So she takes precautions because she understands and can feel it BUT her ability to be symptom free within an hour’s drive south tells me that she is able to quickly recover, which is not the case with me and most others who are very sensitive to it. I haven’t left my home here in Jasper, AR in a year now that they’ve launched 5G, added 5 PBS transmitters bragging that they covered 95% of the state, and have cell towers tucked up in the forest so they aren’t as “seen” cuz they’re supposed to be THE NATURAL STATE. Her experience also shows THIS IS AN ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUE CONCENTRATED IN A SPECIFIC AREA as my meter readings and local experience has revealed.
Her private message thread ends w/ “just left hell passed Russellville…it’s a different world down here” Uh Huh…cuz we’re being COOKED by an electric meter in this area that was FORCED on us. IT’S KNOWN TO CONTAMINATE the power lines so if you put a tower in that soup pot it becomes even more toxic, like building a house on a cracked slab.
There are now 9 of us in the small town of 500 people who have electromagnetic hypersensitivity from too much exposure to technology. These meters here therefore BLOCK US from access to medical, dental, chiropractic, physical therapy in addition to not being able to enter any public buildings paid for with our tax dollars. We can’t live our lives BUT to block us from access to medical care is inhumane, violates massive human rights, and is a good way to invite “trouble” through lawsuits and other measures to deal with this. This is cruel and inhumane treatment of fellow humans indicative of a loss of our connection to God that would allow us to treat others this way.
It’s like the entire world took up cigarette smoking and those of us claiming we don’t feel well around it are just excluded and nobody cares! THIS is who the world has become now! It’s a reflection of a severe selfish “at least it’s not me” mindset that will not serve for the good of the collective cuz it’s just a matter of time before it’s affecting you and yours. We are TRYING to warn you so WE can turn this mess around. Ignore our warnings at your own peril I say. I’m leaving the Ozarks! This is insane!

I posted that map above along with the woman’s comment and drew this comment into the thread that I think you need to see. This person is not with Carroll Electric but just north of where their service area ends. Now that we’re in a literal soup pot of technology it all matters. It certainly would seem plausible for Carroll Electric’s nasty equipment that we know contaminates the power lines, (see link below) that this contamination would carry over to a next provider. I keep waiting for humanity to wake the hell up and help me help you help us!

A jury awarded a million dollars to Olga Julinska and Felix Kniazev in a big win against Vermont Electric Power Corp for building a communications tower right next to their mountain top property.
