Below is a map of the service area for Carroll Electric Cooperative CORPORATION! This is north west Arkansas and a tiny bit of Missouri. A friend from facebook came to visit the area recently and had an experience that confirms what I’ve been working desperately for 5 years to bring attention to but since TECHNOLOGY IS THE NEW GOD nobody wants to address what IS:
Carroll Electric Cooperative CORPORATION has FORCED an electric meter known to be VERY DANGEROUS into this area WHILE they claim to be a “member-owned cooperative” but can’t explain how members would force a deadly meter on themselves. They’ve been a criminal organization allowed to do as they please in this state for many many years as a lawsuit from 2011 revealed quite clearly.
They have FORCED a TWACS (Two Way Automated Communication System aka Power Line Carrier or PLC) electric meter system on their customers that was “banned at the federal level by the Austrian Chamber of Physicians and the Swiss Physicians for the Environment for fear that it is deadly with immediate and cumulative effects with the most vulnerable feeling it the soonest.” This effectively blocks those of us already crippled by the launch of excessive technology into our world from access to medical, dental, chiropractic…a trip to the ER would likely cost me my life and there’s only 8 Low EMF hospitals IN THE WORLD. So, thinking mankind got ahead of themselves here, or worse.
When the first 46-yr-old healthy woman dropped dead of a heart attack my eyebrows raised but we’d only been here a month. The next December rolled around and another woman was found crawling on her bedroom floor and didn’t know who she was. She died 3 weeks later from multiple masses on her brain. THAT’S when I knew to go take a reading with a Stetzerizer (line noise) meter in the electric outlet that was abnormally high up on the wall, EVEN WITH HER HEAD, when she sat at that desk. Safe readings are 20-30. The readings began in the 1500’s, jumped to 1900’s, and then exceeded the limits of the meter at 2000 units. The next December rolled around and another happy, healthy beautiful soul, 54-yr-old woman dropped dead of a heart attack and she worked in the same building as the previous woman.
I passed out information in 22 degree weather after Lisa’s death with links to this site. I posted on social media. I wrote and called and….It’s like everyone is in a stupor here which makes sense once you understand what electricity does to the human nervous system. You’re actually being “medicated” or “subdued” by technology. Doubt me… look at this from 1924:

I’ve been begging for justice for 5 years. NOBODY WILL DO ANYTHING INCLUDING OUR CHRISTIAN GOVERNOR Sarah Huckabee Sanders WHO COULD FIX THIS WITH ONE EMAIL OR A PHONE CALL TO HER PUBLIC SERVICE COMMISSION. This should show you that there are vile forces behind our politicians that are usurping authority OR the politician is being complicit. When you claim to be a “CHRISTian” you have a duty to also be a warrior and a steward. If you don’t want to make tough, and possibly dangerous, decisions as a warrior steward then get a job at the local library or daycare but if you step into these roles YOU ARE A STEWARD and it’s YOUR DUTY to protect people and the environment rather than cooperate with corporate interests. God IS watching you.
I know this woman who came to visit the area to be “EMF literate” but not disabled by it. EMF’s are electromagnetic fields that are now saturating our world at a level that would shock you, which is why I have built TWO sites to share information. So she takes precautions because she understands and can feel it BUT her ability to be symptom free within an hour’s drive south tells me that she is able to quickly recover, which is not the case with me and most others who are very sensitive to it. I haven’t left my home here in Jasper, AR in a year now that they’ve launched 5G, added 5 PBS transmitters bragging that they covered 95% of the state, and have cell towers tucked up in the forest so they aren’t as “seen” cuz they’re supposed to be THE NATURAL STATE. Her experience also shows THIS IS AN ENVIRONMENTAL ISSUE CONCENTRATED IN A SPECIFIC AREA as my meter readings and local experience has revealed.
Her private message thread ends w/ “just left hell passed Russellville…it’s a different world down here” Uh Huh…cuz we’re being COOKED by an electric meter in this area that was FORCED on us. IT’S KNOWN TO CONTAMINATE the power lines so if you put a tower in that soup pot it becomes even more toxic, like building a house on a cracked slab.
There are now 9 of us in the small town of 500 people who have electromagnetic hypersensitivity from too much exposure to technology. These meters here therefore BLOCK US from access to medical, dental, chiropractic, physical therapy in addition to not being able to enter any public buildings paid for with our tax dollars. We can’t live our lives BUT to block us from access to medical care is inhumane, violates massive human rights, and is a good way to invite “trouble” through lawsuits and other measures to deal with this. This is cruel and inhumane treatment of fellow humans indicative of a loss of our connection to God that would allow us to treat others this way.
It’s like the entire world took up cigarette smoking and those of us claiming we don’t feel well around it are just excluded and nobody cares! THIS is who the world has become now! It’s a reflection of a severe selfish “at least it’s not me” mindset that will not serve for the good of the collective cuz it’s just a matter of time before it’s affecting you and yours. We are TRYING to warn you so WE can turn this mess around. Ignore our warnings at your own peril I say. I’m leaving the Ozarks! This is insane!

UPDATE: I rec’d another private message from this same woman on Friday, October 3rd, 2025:
I looked up who the electric provider is in Lake Fort Smith, Arkansas to see what brand and form of electric meter they may be using to see if I could see a likely source of contamination to explain her experience.
Now, I’ll go see if I can find a post on this blog about Fiber Optics causing people to have physical symptoms of harm.

I posted that map above along with the woman’s comment and drew this comment into the thread that I think you need to see. This person is not with Carroll Electric but just north of where their service area ends. Now that we’re in a literal soup pot of technology it all matters. It certainly would seem plausible for Carroll Electric’s nasty equipment that we know contaminates the power lines, (see link below) that this contamination would carry over to a next provider. I keep waiting for humanity to wake the hell up and help me help you help us!

When I posted this on facebook and X/Twitter and sent a private message to Newton County Times facebook private message THIS HAPPENED a few nights later…the 24/7 high-pitched squeal here that locals say began upon install of this meter system became an INTENSE SHRILL that felt like it was actually FIRING ME UP INTERNALLY. The next morning I felt like my entire nervous system had been abused. If you aren’t aware of how your fellow humans are being targeted by technology for sharing truth…YOU SHOULD BE. I even started a category on the site because it’s become so blatant… IT’S NOT ONLY HAPPENING IN HAVANA!

I’m so grateful that in my fight I see God’s hand as someone I don’t even know posted this on facebook the very next morning. I didn’t go looking for this. I wasn’t tagged so I’m not sure it was posted as a result of my post that I had BEEN COOKED all night long but apparently spiritual forces wanted me to know that I wasn’t imagining it and to know how it was done:

Here’s a video about everyday people all over the world who have been unknowingly implanted with RFID chips. At the 14 minute mark a doctor mentions the “auditory” weapons mentioned above. I don’t know what it’s going to take for those reading these posts to actually RESPOND to what’s being done but continuing to put your head in the sand isn’t the right response. I’M TRYING TO EDUCATE AND WARN YOU….they’re saying that 30-40% of people being scanned are found with RFID implants they had no idea were put in them!
Now if you want to go one more level down the rabbit hole, there’s this part of that thred that showed up later that leads into yet another subject you NEED to recognize as being TRUTH, not conspiracy. In fact, I didn’t even put this category on this blog UNTIL 4 states introduced legislation because I get sick of arguing with people who won’t even read a book, much less do any research or watch a video before reciting their indoctrinated response. So, I became aware of the spraying of our skies in Austin, TX. IT WAS BRUTAL. My mom was reluctant but then began traveling with an RV group monthly and the profound difference between Austin and the surrounding areas was visibly clear. She used to have a pilot’s license in her younger days and also recognized the flight patterns of these “trails” made no logistical sense. The picture below was sent to me a few days after she returned to her former temporary housing, a rental at Lake Catherine Park near Hot Springs, Arkansas. THIS is what our political leaders have facilitated WHILE claiming to know God or be a Christian. Uh huh, for those who don’t understand…YOU ACTUALLY HAVE TO ALSO LIVE A MORAL LIFE..A “DO UNTO OTHERS AS YOU WOULD HAVE DONE UNTO YOU” LIFE. NOW that she came up here to THE ELECTRICALLY TOXIC OZARKS service area of Carroll Electric she can’t tolerate the area she used to be comfortable in. See her post for her description of symptoms. This basically means that the two “hits” she took up here increased her sensitivity. It’s basically a substantial creation of free radicals (molecules missing an electron) aka Oxidative Stress which means advanced aging.
Below is her comment on January 16th, 2025. See, I suspect her getting HIT by this toxic current up here has now made her MORE VULNERABLE.
I’ve tried notifying every state agency in the state of Arkansas from Nov 2020 on… I have a very long list…Newton County health department, state health department and every single board member there, Arkansas Public Service Commission gives the distinct impression of being the gatekeeper for Carroll Electric…not kidding which means SOMEONE’S DIRTY…THEY ALL “HAVE KNOWLEDGE” and chose not to respond.
This is the foundational problem here. Then they add cell towers and 5G, and 5 PBS Transmitters and…
Then there’s this issue. Why is Arkansas allowed to saturate 95% of the state with EMR (electromagnetic radiation) when this happened in Italy? We live 15.6 miles from the transmitter at Mt. Gaither. I suspect it was the cause of me waking up in SEVERE VERTIGO. When is this going to stop being our reality? I can’t help but wonder how the people are feeling who live in that 6 mile radius and expect none of them would have any clue about the cause of their new illnesses. And Govenor Sarah Huckabee Sanders is fully aware of me and my condition. I made sure of that.
A jury awarded a million dollars to Olga Julinska and Felix Kniazev in a big win against Vermont Electric Power Corp for building a communications tower right next to their mountain top property.
Maybe we should be moving in this direction and completely get away from all these toxic power lines and CCP/ANSI approved electric equipment FORCED onto humanity by complicit and naive political leaders and agency heads who likely haven’t read a book that matters in decades.
