In the screenshots I’ve been collecting you’ll see stories of electric current popping up in front of homeowners, hair standing on ends when driving parallel to power lines south of Eureka Springs, one mom’s 3 accounts of scary experiences sitting under the power lines waiting to pick her son up from school, local man wrote upon my inquiry and I captured the screenshot which I put at this link as the first image. “my studies are ongoing but we have found a correlation between the electric meters and cwd”. Local VERY EXPERIENCED “handyman” stated belief that the powerlines around the school DO NOT MEET ELECTRICAL CODE. And this is just the beginning…
So, a PRIVATE CORPORATION here masquerading as a “member-owned” entity says, “These meters meet ANSI (Amer Nat’l Standards Institute) standards so my immediate thought was “then ANSI is compromised”. What my research would reveal is that this meter system was banned at the federal level by the Austrian Chamber of Physicians and the Swiss Physicians for the Environment due to fears that it is deadly with immediate and cumulative effects with the most vulnerable feeling it the soonest. I also found resident locals reporting they’d been locked out of public meetings by that PRIVATE CORPORATION, known as Carroll Electric cooperative CORPORATION and they changed the rules to keep them from having a true neighbor representative on the board. So how is it that “members” are FORCING an unsafe meter on themselves? I then found dangerous/deadly readings in the outlets, evidence the power lines are contaminated, FCC posting a video demonstrating how that’s true, a Chief Inspector confirming the high-pitched squeal up here “means there’s a problem up there” and began upon install according to locals I went looking and sure enough I found a man who owns a safety certification company here in the USA, on YouTube showing of ANSI’s compromise and the many failures under their watch, some pretty major, and that they’d been overseen by a member of the CCP from 2016-2021 and therefore have a duty to share data with their overlords…A DUTY and technology in today’s world produces TONS of data that has the value of platinum in the markets but there’s even more concern if these meters are proven to be BIOLOGICALLY HARMFUL, then it becomes the perfect weaponry by a foreign adversary. All they need is a small town lawyer, uninformed about such matters, who values their job and community status more than they value the life of their fellow man and BAM…DEPLOYMENT of electrical current into the building wiring of every customer and their family and pets. They’re referred to as “silent weapons for quiet wars”. Seems to me if the FCC and ANSI don’t agree and there’s this many problems with this system that perhaps we shouldn’t be FORCED to accept them, without informed consent, while harming the wildlife and environment. but should have a say in what’s put in our electrical environment! On my end, this is feeling very much like the new gas chambers! One county over, the customer is allowed to choose a true non-transmitting analog meter. Same state, same public service commission so why? I was just told by someone experienced in state offices, used to be the right hand person to a state rep here “because they’re a ‘cooperative so the Public Service Commission doesn’t regulate them.” I’d like to know who thought this was a good idea and who does? BTW, they’re more accurately criminals committing heinous crimes against all living things. …”just doing their job” as if everyone above and around this is noble. Extremely naive about the reality of our modern world. 😦

Talking to locals that say the 24/7 high-pitched squeal here began immediately upon install. It’s not tinnitus as it never varies except in intensity. I had episodes of tinnitus in the dense tech city of Austin, TX and it will vary in many ways. So I found a 70 yr-old CHIEF INSPECTOR for the Dept of Labor in Little Rock, Board of Electrical Examiners and Licensing, Charles Covington (now retired but still reachable), who said “If ya’ll are hearing that it means there’s a problem up there”. He reported requesting a colleague, Randy Hooten, an engineer for Carroll Electric cooperative CORPORATION. When I informed Mr. Covington that he never showed up in a year’s time, he again requested, and when I let him know that another year had passed and he’d not come he gave up his name and seemed to be pretty irritated that this wasn’t handled. What I want you to see is that 9 of us who live in the vicinity of Jasper, AR now have Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity from all the tech garbage being FORCED into our world. The presence of these meters here ARE A BARRIER to me/us not only living a normal life but PREVENT US FROM RECEIVING MEDICAL AND DENTAL CARE? Every medical practitioner and facility should have a true analog, non-transmitting meter! You’re killing us with all this stuff at historic levels then want to also block us from receiving medical care while there are only 8 Low EMF hospitals in the world. I spent 4 days in 24/7 hell because a disc slipped in my back and I couldn’t go to a chiropractor for help. I could ask that staff and other patients turn off their cell phones and any WIFI so I can be treated but I can’t turn off the electric meter. This is unconscionable behavior. It’s like waving off paraplegics who need a ramp to enter a building/life.

I’m trying to understand how we got to a place where a PRIVATE CORPORATION is given legal monopoly status for a meter system with so many problems being FORCED ON CAPTIVE CUSTOMERS, allowed no Opt-Out, and without Informed Consent, deadly meter readings being found, several deaths in buildings with high readings, residents reporting evidence of power line contamination, a 70 yr old Chief Inspector whose stated adamantly TWICE that there’s a problem up here. The FCC puts out a video demonstrating that they contaminate the power lines and yet we’re supposed to just sit here and accept this egregioius behavior? One county over, same state, same public service commission customers can have a true non-transmitting analog meter with extra fees, which is illegal for the disabled. That would be like charging a paraplegic to use a ramp but still THEY ARE ALLOWED A CHOICE.
