Pay attention to the first 3 pages but then also see page 22 which addresses Noise Pollution Cases regarding the 24/7 high-pitched squeal here reported by the locals as beginning upon FORCED installation of this meter system. I posted about this here:
Civil Rights Violations, Amer Disability Act Violation, Personal Injury, Product Liability, Environmental Damage, AND one attorney in Australia was using Criminal Assault (as the emitter here declared their intention to continue doing so in spite of my ADA Accommodation Request and my qualified MD’s Letter of Medical Necessity), and maybe even a RICO suit is in order since two people have died in a single building here with very high readings! Multiple injuries, deaths, plus a bad product FORCED on customers, noise violation/harassment due to the CONSTANT 24/7 squeal in the air over the Ozarks.

I have over 6000 friends on facebook, about to launch a podcast, authored a dense book about my own wellness journey…MANY of my contacts have been injured/sickened by NOT SMART electric meters and the utility CORPORATIONS just blow us off as if International Human Rights and the ADA laws don’t apply. This condition of electromagnetic hypersensitivity has been verified by an ICD-10 Insurance Diagnostic Code and the W.H.O. who calls it “idiopathic intolerance to environmental magnetic fields” which seems clearly to indicate that the environment has been flooded with a toxin (without my consent) and now I’m sickened, and adversely affected due to no behavior of my own, just a genetic tendency realized by the behavior of industry and gov’t profiteers.
These new-fangled meters mean that I, and others affected, cannot enter any buildings here due to their VERY DEADLY form of meter system which was actually rejected at the federal level by the Austrian Chamber of Physicians and the Swiss Physicians for the Environment…SO WHAT IS IT DOING IN THE OZARKS AND WHY DID CARROLL ELECTRIC COOPERATIVE CORPORATION PICK THIS METER SYSTEM? QUESTIONS NEED TO BE ANSWERED. BTW, there are 9 people I know of who live in the Jasper, AR area who have this condition. So do we not matter? Is there somewhere we should report to be euthanized so we don’t hold up progress or are we required to die quietly? smh
There are deadly readings being found all over town, two women in the same building died 13 months apart…MICROWAVE READINGS AT 166.67 in the parking lot of the grocery store. Readings in the outlets that should be 20-30 are exceeding the limits of the meter at 2000 GSU’s on a line noise meter. China doesn’t need to fire a shot…they’ve come in through our electric system and useful idiots upstream like the staff attorney at Carroll Electric. She put some things in writing to a disabled person that should bring quite a settlement I would think…arrogant, unprofessional, and ILLEGAL LANGUAGE and ATTITUDE towards a disabled person. I even found a 70-yr-old Chief Inspector for the Board of Electrical Examiners and Licensing who says adamantly that us hearing a 24/7 high-pitched squeal up here “means there’s a problem”. He asked an Electrical Engineer at Carroll Electric, TWICE, to come check on it but nobody ever came and they aren’t going to. His name is Charles Covington and I have his contact information though he retired. When he did, he gave up the name of the electrical engineer he asked to come check on the situation up here because he was mad that they didn’t come.
Pretty easy to tell when a CORPORATION is up to no good because their behavior gives it away. Chest bumpy, arrogant, intimidating, and condescending behavior comes with corruption, intended to scare us away. Told me I ask too many questions which means more questions need to be asked AND ANSWERED!

I’m telling you CARROLL ELECTRIC IS DIRTY AND IF SOMEONE STARTS DIGGING I SUSPECT THEY’LL FIND THE GOODS ON THEM. NEED TO SET A PRECEDENT FOR UTILITIES PROVIDING ESSENTIAL SERVICES WHEN CUSTOMERS HAVE NO OTHER OPTION…. LEGAL MONOPOLIES DO NOT BRING GOOD CORPORATE BEHAVIOR!!!!
