You’ll find three separate files here that should address everything you need. I have not found this effort to be a “hands down” win. You may still have to FORCE COMPLIANCE. I do think this is a good “first effort” to make even if it’s to let them turn you down. Then you’ll have their attitude on record. If you win accommodation in the future this period of non-accommodation COULD become a factor in them paying you a settlement. We’ll just have to see where this takes us as new legal battles ensue over the trespass of technology and lack of consent moves forward.
