The Internet of Things (ioT) is an enabler of ‘smarter’ environments in multiple sectors. Together with Digital Twin (DTw) technologies, itis demonstrating an evolving potential to not only optimise existing services but also creates a new one. The purpose of this presentation is to provide an introductory overview of the applications of these concepts and technologies in the health sector.
