I hear a 24/7 high-pitched squeal that locals say began immediately upon install of this VERY TOXIC form of electric meter FORCED on customers by Carroll Electric cooperative CORPORATION…posing as a “cooperative” calling their customers “members” while denying them input. So how do MEMBERS vote for a toxic electric meter to be forced on them? You just won’t believe it….I NEED HELP HERE!!!!!
