TWACS refers to the Two Way Automated Communication System of metering for utilities. PLC refers to the WIRED version of this metering system where data is sent over the power lines that were designed only to carry electric current. Experts report that data has an inherent whine and this document points out that it has KNOWN NOISE PROBLEM. Carroll Electric claims to be a “member-owned” cooperative and yet put it in writing that their “members” would have no voice and no choice in the matter. They fail to answer the obvious question of how they can be “member owned” and yet not allow said members any voice in the matter. This is not only a conflict it’s indication of other criminal behavior that will soon be coming to light. Their “anti life” and “don’t care about anyone else” has sparked action on my part and now I’ll be going to see how much dirty information I can find about this system they FORCED on their fellow man. I already know it was banned in two countries at the federal level by the Austrian Chamber of Physicians and the Swiss Physicians for the Environment for fear that it is deadly with immediate and cumulative effects with the most vulnerable feeling it the soonest.”
