●Your phone has multiple cameras, microphones, and sensors, all connected to the internet, all accessible to apps, networks, and entities you never knowingly gave permission to. It’s not paranoia. It’s architecture. The device you carry everywhere is designed to see, hear, and track you-whether you’re using it or not.
●The “eye” isn’t just the camera lens. It’s the front-facing sensor that can detect your face, your gaze, your emotional state. It’s the accelerometer that knows when you’re sleeping. It’s the GPS that maps your every movement. Your phone knows more about you than your closest friend. And it’s not keeping secrets for you.

Always shut off microphone access to any app whether it is a work app or not. Uninstall any unused apps.
Go through your apps and quit giving all of them your camera, microphone and location access.
If you are signed up with FB, it’s too late…

Now, think about the televisions and monitors in your home and workplace…they knew every single person would buy into their own demise.

The absolute minimum you should do is buy a faraday bag and some meters and start learning about the wireless wild west going on around you, and don’t use these devices around any living being that you love or rely on!
