The BAR is Not a Judiciary—It’s a Private Membership Club for Statute Merchants
With Trump’s announcement that the American Bar Association (ABA) is being cut off, the real question isn’t just about one association—it’s about the entire BAR system worldwide.
The ABA is just one extension of an international private membership guild, operating under the false pretense of “law” when in reality, they are nothing more than creatures of statute—administrators of corporate rules, NOT true law.
Let’s break it down:
The BAR is NOT a lawful judiciary
• It is a private, foreign-controlled guild that operates outside of divine law.
• BAR “courts” are administrative corporate tribunals, enforcing commercial statutes, not law.
• These courts trade under the Court Registry Investment System (CRIS), turning cases into securitized financial instruments—every case is a financial transaction, not justice.
They operate under legal fiction, not reality
• Maxim of Law: Legality is NOT Reality.
• BAR members do not practice law—they administer statutes, which are legislative corporate rules designed for profit, not justice.
• Every case they touch is about monetization, not truth or equity.
The BAR system is an arm of piracy
• BAR attorneys are officers of the court first, not representatives of men and women.
• Their first allegiance is to the corporate court system, which operates for profit under maritime and commercial law, NOT under God’s law.
• All “legal proceedings” are contracts and commercial transactions, making the BAR nothing more than a financial racket designed to control the estate trusts of the living.
A judiciary can only exist under law, NOT statutes
• Law comes from divine authority, not from legislative corporate bodies.
• True law is unalienable and applies equally to all men and women, while statutes are selectively enforced based on contracts, commerce, and deception.
• The BAR hijacked the concept of a judiciary and turned it into a privately run guild, excluding those who do not subscribe to its fraudulent system.
Trump’s move to sever the ABA is significant, but the fight is bigger than that. The entire BAR structure—worldwide—must be exposed for what it is: a fraudulent, monetized, securitized commercial operation that has NOTHING to do with true law.
It is time to return to divine law, the only true law that governs all creation. The BAR must be dismantled entirely, not just defunded. No man or woman should be enslaved by a system that operates on fraud, conversion, and deception.

Delivering their clients to the court is the primary focus. Have lower courts honor the rule of law with enforcement of. Breaking up the BAR will definitely make such possible.
Why?
Lawyers will no longer protect just rhe club, they will take on cases that are based more on merit vs profit. Because they will no longer refuse to sue each other for violations. Such as Section 1983-85 violations.
