In the 1980s the IRS said that Lloyd Smith was the most dangerous man in America. Smith had several shingle mills on the WA state Olympic Peninsula and refused to withhold from his employees’ paychecks. The DOJ sued and sued and lost every time.
REVIEW OF IRS FOLDER begins at – 50:48 min. Lloyd Smith’s hard drive –
Smith’s focus for his legal claims was upon the enactment process of the 1939 and 1954 Internal Revenue Codes and the lack of a congressional quorum at key junctures during enactment. Smith’s shingle mills were then burned to the ground by [somebody]. Smith died of diabetes a couple of years ago, 2020 perhaps. I traveled to Smith’s home in 2018 and was given a copy of his hard drive which I now make available on the FLASH drive I offer. Smith was a walking law library and possessed a true photographic memory; he could see images of law book pages he had read. His exploration of law widely varied from tax law and he is revealed by this data to have been a real legal scholar. Included is a 1hr+ audio interview I conducted with him in 2018 where we discussed his tax law research and his conclusions. ALSO on the drive that’s now available is a collection of files and pleadings written by Kurt Riggin, another bona fide legal scholar, who has won twice in the CO state supreme court in the past four years, and who creamed prosecutors all over WA state before he moved to CO almost ten years ago. Kurt is revered among Native American communities in Alaska for his knowledge of tribal sovereignty and law relating to the US gov’t and municipalities and how tribes must be treated. ALSO on the drive is a load of my personal work in WORD and several of my courses. In 1992 I turned my back on the entire anti-tax movement / patriot movement / tax honesty movement (whatever) because I saw only egos and groups committed to ignorance of the law and to incompetence; nothing’s changed. My memory abilities are not photographic but rather are encyclopedic, meaning that I can store and recall vast quantities of legal authorities, statutes, regulations, tactics, etc. In 2011 the DOJ told me, “You do have a fantastic memory.” In 1993 a group in Oregon gave me the nickname of “Data” after the android on Star Trek. In 1988 the IRS ticked me off and I went from the fastest bartender to tax law analyst, and my 1994 treatise about how the IRS mis-enforces the Tax Code is still used to shut down IRS criminal investigations and to nullify tax grand juries. There are approx. forty statutes and regulations that the IRS / DOJ / courts simply refuse to interpret; they are stealing. Many gurus say that but none have done enough work and do not understand the foundation of how income taxes are and are not imposed by written statutes. For a more complete accounting of my contributions to this FLASH drive watch the video above. I’ll show you four arguments that tear the whole thing down and I’ll prove that the DOJ’s best deny nothing about controlling statutes. This separates me from any “movement” or “teacher / author” who claims to understand the Tax Code; I prove it all the time. It’s about time you learned from somebody who can prove, with the law, everything they teach. What I know about the law I learned from several thousand federal decisions and NOT from any group or guru, and I have the proof that the gov’t can deny nothing in district court and in appellate litigation. You get my briefings and writings in WORD. DO NOT copy or move the drive’s contents to another location or drive, or the many links in my courses and other web type folders will lose their identity or association with the intended pages or files.
