The USA/D.C. is a Foreign Corporation & 99% of us don’t owe income taxes!

Disclaimer: I am not giving advice, I’m sharing my own story and showing what I’ve been finding and reading that I think others may find of interest. Do with it as you will but do it at your own risk. I’ve read enough that I’ll be taking next steps to unhook from THE MACHINE but very clear on how and why.

After reading the first book by a lawyer, it does appear that the only people who actually owe income tax are those who live in D. C. (a foreign entity), those who work for D. C., and maybe those who live in the islands, possessions, or territories. Furthermore, CORPORATIONS are the only one’s who appear to be obligated so yes, WE THE PEOPLE have again been bamboozled by actors posing as our “Federal Government”. YOU NEED TO GET UP TO SPEED ON THIS by watching the videos below and reading some books so I’m providing you some starting points in this research.

Here’s a 5-minute video on YouTube. Watch this recognizing that it is only ONE of MANY that give credibility to this claim. One of these people is a facebook friend who used to be an agent for the IRS. It’s not a “fringe” theory so start there and walk forward with me:

Now, this IDEA that something shady is going on in our federal government and even in our states came into my awareness after I created the Public Health Warning document that is the Featured Post of this blog. I’d already come to see that my “Unalienable Rights” no longer existed here in the USA when a nasty, disrespectful utility CORPORATION FORCED a very toxic electric meter system into our world, against our will, and in defiance of a letter from a medical doctor, a graduate of University of Texas, not some hairy-legged natural health friend. A meter system that was “banned at the federal level by the Austrian Chamber of Physicians and the Swiss Physician’s for the Environment for fear that it is deadly with immediate and cumulative effects with the most vulnerable feeling it the soonest”. Several local deaths, two in the same building withing 13 months qued me to take meter readings IN the electric outlets where I found a horror show being revealed. Four months after putting the Public Health Warning document up on this blog as the Featured Post, my world got “very still”. This happens when something important is going to be revealed so I’ll know to pay attention. Suddenly, it was like someone kicked an ant hill and all kinds of people in my social sphere began posting information about how our government is a corporation and WE THE PEOPLE are surety on a lien and how they’re making money off of our birth certificates et cetera helped me see why that something happened to our “governance”, which explained why so much absolute CORPORATE-FAVORING INJUSTICE TO THE PEOPLE was being allowed.

I read 3+ books on the subject. The first one was by a lawyer where I found the following quote of profound interest:

Remember this??? “…We hold these Truths to be self evident, that all Men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable Rights, that among these are Life, Liberty, and the Pursuit of Happiness – That to secure these Rights, Governments instituted amond Men, deriving their just Powers from the Consent of the Governed, that whenever any Form of Government becomes destructive of these Ends, it is the Right of the People to alter or abolish it…”

Ahhhhhhhhhh, yes. I remember that from high school! I wonder if they’re still teaching this to today’s students.

And then there was this quote from that same book:

Now, many of the groups and authors sharing these introductory teachings that were my FIRST dip of my toes in the water refer to their effort as “becoming a Sovereign National” or an “American National” or a “Non-Resident Alien” which distinuguishes that they do not live in Washington, D. C., the jurisdiction of what we think of as our “federal government”. It’s these efforts that led me to learn about the birth certificate issues with capitalized name, our “straw man” created by the birth certificate and how the 14th Amendment wasn’t what we were led to believe, how it “captured” all of us and turned us into debt slaves… versus our true identity as a “living man” with UNALIENABLE…FROM THE CREATOR RIGHTS. It’s a rabbit hole all it’s own referring to this birth certificate version of you as a “legal fiction”. It goes into how there was a bond created by that birth certificate and how it’s traded on the market and generating money, tied to a trust account that we’re the beneficiary of but nobody told us. It’s a deep hole and not one to be acted upon without some basic assurances and understanding.

After three books were under my belt and many hours of videos I created my initial forms but did nothing with them. I was working on a demanding writing and creative project and just kept aprised of the progress and experiences of others. I knew I needed to do more research and go through my process before doing something this important. I’m willing to take risks and chart new paths but I’m never the first one on the bus.

In those 2 years of watching the newbies on the scene I have a friend who acted impetuously and now the IRS is claiming she owes them over $500,000. I’m sure she’ll be able to get out of it after what I’m about to show you but it’s not an experience I’d want to go through to learn a lesson.

Two other zealous gurus (an oxymoron) in another video, one said, “I have about 200 people in a group I’m leading and a few of them have been sued after taking some of these steps and I felt really bad…”. Yeah, NO, that’s not acceptable to be learning at the expense of others and it would surprise me if he was doing this for free. THIS thing is not to be played with or you can end up in trouble or at least having a really yucky learning experience.

After I finished updating the Featured Post on this blog and was taking a long-needed inhale and exhale, and saw a video on YouTube announcing that Arkansas had established their Common Law Courts in the first few months of 2024 and posted such on facebook to illicit feedback from my well-informed base and someone responded by sharing a link to for this man’s efforts, Kelby Smith. Within a few weeks of watching LOTS of videos by this man all I can say is that he and his efforts feel like I found the period to a very long sentence being written through me.

He has been leading people through this process of “COMING OUT OF HER” for 16+ years and has many high-end clients and NO ISSUES. His clients are able to establish “private”, unregistered trusts, gain International Passports, PAY NO INCOME TAXES…carry a driver’s license. He makes the distinction that the status of “State Citizen” is the only term recognized by the U. S. Supreme Court and distinguishes his own efforts from those of “Sovereign Nationals” or similar terms. I have seen a woman post that she merely filed a UCC1 and got new passports for her and her children and saw a dramatic change in how she was handled by a police officer. Her story indicated that her “status” in his computer had changed to a sort of “diplomat” but that’s still not enough to send me down that uncharted path. While all of that seems pretty relevant to true freedom, what I want to establish most is my desire to invest in the right process that will remove me from their jurisdicton so they can’t FORCE MEDICATION on me. After the plannedemic of COVID-19 I don’t need anyone to spell out the possible future for me here in the USA specifically.

I can feel quality and everything this man says I’ve been in alignment with.

FYI: I am not a “Trump fan”, I’m a “TRUTH FAN”! If you see me post something favorable about Trump please don’t take that to mean that I’m ALL IN. I’m rarely “all in” on most human matters. I’m a watcher and a reporter so please keep that in mind but I do pay attention to what he says and of course hope for the highest good for all with God’s will as THE priority. In a recent rally he said something that was sent around the web that gave strong credence to the rumor that Donald J. Trump may be making moves to return us to a Constitutional Republic and getting rid of the “democracy” and all that entails. Apparently he did bankrupt the USA Corporation in 2018 filed in Tampa, Florida but I haven’t ran that lead. I created a graphic that helps establish this as more than a mere rumor:
