At this moment, August 18th, 2024, I plan to use HisAdvocates.org to help me with my process of “Going Private”. I’m already a fan of Dr. Bergman and followed his initial introduction to this issue on several YouTube videos but then the videos seemed to fade prior to his filing and I wasn’t sure if he’d ever taken actual steps towards this process. A friend on Facebook shared this video link with me and that’s how I came to know who Kelby Smith is of HisAdvocates.org. I like that Kelby Smith, at HisAdvocates.org has 18 years of experience and this is his full-time business, not a side hustle or new insight. He claims that his clients have had NO ISSUES from any gov’t agency. They have obtained an international passport, opted out of income tax, gained alloidal title on property, set up unregistered, truly private, trusts and more.

I also watched this video below but I noticed that Jeremy Griff, unlike Kelby Smith, reported of one (or more) of his clients who got sued. While he “felt bad” that is not the result I want to experience, therefore Kelby Smith and his 18 years of experience and reporting NO ISSUES with his clients is my choice. I applaud these young men for delving into this and sharing it widely but when it comes to this level of play…I think EXPERIENCE MATTERS!

I will share items that I think will help you understand if a light bulb goes on for me but I am not an expert. I’m someone looking for information just like others so here’s one that I found very helpful after Cal Washington of InPowerMovement.org talked about “bonding” or “insuring” his case and how that made the Judge on his case literally run out of the courtroom. I haven’t finished watching this one but already found something interesting in the first fifteen minutes. I no longer vote. I’ve seen enough shenanigans to last me one lifetime so I’M DONE and the more you learn about ths subject of our government, the more you’ll understand why in a FREE REPUBLIC you don’t “register” for anything or “get permits” or many other money grubbing things they’ve set up. I’m a WATCHER and try to derive beneficial lessons to avoid costly lessons. In my “watching” I’ve seen several things lately that Donald J. Trump has said that lets me think he is IN FAVOR of, and may have actually taken some pre-emptive steps in his previous term towards returning this nation to a Republic form of government, as it was designed to be before it was usurped and corrupted. This video shows more of that insight and you may learn a few other things but again…I’m not choosing to use “newbies” to help guide me through such an important process…staying with HisAdvocates.org, Kelby Smith for that.
