At this link below you’ll see where a Vermont Couple was awarded $1 million when a utility company put a communication tower near their home. Be mindful that as this case rolled out the utility actually admitted that paying them was cheaper than another option of putting the tower somewhere else. So when you fight these cases realize that any settlement actually needs to HURT them and create a disincentive for other corrupt companies to do the same.
