In other words, when you’re shown by a citizen that a private corporation has abused their permissions and installed unsafe technology in the environment that causes adverse impacts on human health and/or the environment, and you do NOTHING…or more specifically, the public servants for a Public Service Commission for a state in alignment with said state, gives a legal monopoly to a private corporation for essential services that bring dignity and health, and said private corporation abuses their implied permissions for electrical service and measuring of usage, installs a form of electric meter that’s been banned by the Austrian Chamber of Physicians AND the Swiss Physicians for the Environment at the federal level for fear that it is “deadly with immediate and cumulative effects with the most vulnerable feeling it the soonest.” This covert action was done WITHOUT CONSENT of the property owners/tenants in any serviced buildings while they’re told they are in a “member-owned cooperative”…

Carroll Electric cooperative CORPORATION, The State of Arkansas, two of the Arkansas Public Service Commissioners, the entire 14 member board of the State Dept of Health in Arkansas, the Arkansas Attorney General’s Office, the current and previous mayor of Jasper, Newton County Judge Campbell, Newton County Health Department, Newton County Times, Electric Cooperatives of Arkansas…and more have been notified and asked for relief as the presence of these electric meters not only block access to life, such as shopping, post office, restaurants, visits to friends homes but also blocks access to medical and dental care for 9 of us in the vicinity of Jasper who now have a condition known as Electromagnetic Hypersensitivity for TOO MUCH WIRELESS being released in our world. WE ARE YOUR WARNING MESSENGERS THAT THE ENVIRONMENT IS OUT OF BALANCE AND YOU BETTER STOP THE ASSAULT BEFORE YOU DESTROY WHAT YOU CAN’T FIX.

I found this document online and it’s got me doin’ some thinking….been around lawyers most of my life and comfortable creating documents as I used to be an oil and gas landman. I also realize that if you file a pending lawsuit against a corporation they have to show that as a contingent liability on their books which can hurt them in efforts to get loans and grants. Hmmmmm
