The FBI’s white-collar crime work integrates the analysis of intelligence with its investigations of criminal activities such as public corruption, money laundering, corporate fraud, securities and commodities fraud, mortgage fraud, financial institution fraud, bank fraud and embezzlement, fraud against the government, election law violations, mass marketing fraud, and health care fraud. The FBI generally focuses on complex investigations—often with a nexus to organized crime activities—that are international, national, or regional in scope and where the FBI can bring to bear unique expertise or capabilities that increase the likelihood of successful investigations.”
Major Threats & Programs
Corporate Fraud
Corporate fraud continues to be one of the FBI’s highest criminal priorities—in addition to causing significant financial losses to investors, corporate fraud has the potential to cause immeasurable damage to the U.S. economy and investor confidence. As the lead agency investigating corporate fraud, the Bureau focuses its efforts on cases that involve accounting schemes, self-dealing by corporate executives, and obstruction of justice.
The majority of corporate fraud cases pursued by the FBI involve accounting schemes designed to deceive investors, auditors, and analysts about the true financial condition of a corporation or business entity. Through the manipulation of financial data, the share price, or other valuation measurements of a corporation, financial performance may remain artificially inflated based on fictitious performance indicators provided to the investing public.
The FBI’s corporate fraud investigations primarily focus on the following activities:
Falsification of financial information
- False accounting entries and/or misrepresentations of financial condition;
- Fraudulent trades designed to inflate profits or hide losses; and
- Illicit transactions designed to evade regulatory oversight.
Self-dealing by corporate insiders
- Insider trading (trading based on material, non-public information);
Kickbacks; - Misuse of corporate property for personal gain; and
- Individual tax violations related to self-dealing.
Fraud in connection with an otherwise legitimately operated mutual hedge fund
- Late trading;
- Certain market timing schemes; and
- Falsification of net asset values.
Obstruction of justice designed to conceal any of the above-noted types of criminal conduct, particularly when the obstruction impedes the inquiries of the U.S. Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC), Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC), other regulatory agencies, and/or law enforcement agencies.”

Haha…I love you too Peg. Oh NOT to be a writer!!!! Short answer: Scroll and Scan. Some things are worth giving time to. Easy to scan through it, get the idea of what’s presented, see the supportive documentation, and choose FOLLOW so you/others can see what to do from here. Longer answer: This project has taken me all winter. I’ve lived at this computer and my hiney shows it. The whole time I was working through the creation of this document I had no idea what it was for until this past Friday (5/17). I will post here AFTER I do what I’m going to do with it. I 100% understand the idea that people don’t have the time to read… BUT at this point I feel like a woman who’s given birth. TRULY IN THE AFTERMATH AT THIS MOMENT so I’m not willing to rebirth it, or create Cliff Notes. I’m exhausted, deeply concerned from being compelled to do down this rabbit hole and what I saw there, and frankly, unmotivated. I’m not being paid for my efforts and have been unemployable now for 3 years due to this disabling condition and given very little financial support!!! I’ve received a lot of lip service. So instead of me working further on an unpaid assignment I honestly think people need to do as suggested; scan, scroll, FOLLOW and see how they might support what’s going on here. THIS CULTURE IS IN PERIL AND DOESN’T EVEN RECOGNIZE IT. By the time they do, we will be well on our way into full-blown global crisis. They pay their handlers and starve the messengers and wonder why nothing changes. I hope this explains what’s going on here. FOLLOW and see how you can support. I’m personally ready to hand it off and say YOU WERE WARNED. What will it take for humanity to wake up? FULL BLOWN CRISIS is my expectation. I recall you coming to my meeting, as an activist aware of many environmental issues and you made a closing remark after hearing what I presented. “What you’re showing me here trumps every other environmental issue that exists.” I agreed and yet I remain…here in this situation. I can’t do this alone, broke, and unrewarded.

I’m heavily considering the idea of starting a blogtalkradio show but we just moved from another state and there’s a LOT to get done. Also wanting to get us off grid as we have a very toxic smart meter FORCED on us here. Thank goodness some new filters came out but it only claims to address 90% of the dirty electricity so I still have a 24/7 high-pitched squeal in my ears or brain. We shall see but I don’t know of any others to direct you to. I also don’t want to encourage people to be on their cell phones and in a Wi-Fi environment and many will be so I feel guilty for giving them a reason to do so. LOL

I committed Twitter suicide on Feb 24th, 2020 after they suspended the account of the woman running against Nancy Peloisi. I posted about 18 posts on Trump’s page and that did it.
